Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and authorized.
Once funds have been credited to an account, their use is subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
Refunds are handled according to OmmyTech's Refund Policy.
Customers should contact support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be investigated.

For standard services, OmmyTech does not require your social-media password.
Customers should never provide passwords, OTPs, authentication codes or private credentials unless a particular service expressly requires such information through an authorized OmmyTech process.
Customers are responsible for securing their own social-media accounts.
OmmyTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:
Fraud
Abuse
Payment fraud
System exploitation
Violation of these Terms
Illegal activity
Attempts to disrupt the service
OmmyTech attempts to maintain continuous website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, hosting problems or circumstances beyond our control.
All website designs, logos, text, graphics, software and other content belonging to OmmyTech are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
